Videotron – Address validation functionality redesign

Transforming a multi page address validation process into a one single step component.

Videotron, a leading TELCO in Quebec, Canada, needed to achieve new annual business goals by boosting its online sales channel. As the UX/UI Designer responsible for the Internet and TV services within the e-com portal, I identified and led the end-to-end redesign of Videotron’s address validation process within its e-commerce purchase flow. By consolidating multiple pages into a single, streamlined component, I reduced friction, improved trust, and delivered measurable business impact.
